2024 Solidarity Mission Terms & Conditions

Tour Limitations and Pricing

The Mission is limited to a maximum of 20 people and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservation and full payment are due immediately.

$1,800.00 per person/double occupancy
$930.00 single supplement

As per the accountants of One Israel Fund, the entire Leadership Mission is fully tax deductible. As such, the mission can be paid in full via Donor Advised Funds, stock and/or IRA transfers. Please call Scott to make arrangements for such payments. 

Hotels and meals

  • 3 Nights at the Prima Kings
  • 1 Night Glamping on a Farm
  • Buffet breakfasts daily
  • Most lunches and some dinners

Hotel rooms will be provided in accordance with the itinerary. Room assignments are made by local hotel management on run of the house basis.

Services included

  • Transportation from Ben Gurion Airport to Inbal provided to arrival flights with six or more participants. Transportation to Ben Gurion Airport at the conclusion of the mission.
  • Luxury touring vehicles (fortified when deemed necessary by security officials) for all transportation
  • Armored Medic
  • Licensed English speaking tour guide
  • All tips for guide, driver, medic. Bellhop service may not be available. If so, it can be arranged at expense of the mission participant.

Services not included

Airfare to and from Israel, travel from Ben Gurion to Jerusalem upon arrival, tip for driver (suggested $5.00 per day per person), travel and health insurance, beverages and food not on the regular menu, personal items, phone calls, etc. 


One Israel Fund takes no responsibility for flight arrangements. However, everyone is required to arrive in Israel no later than Sunday, May 26th and must depart no earlier than the night of Thursday, May 30th (or after midnight on Friday, May 31st). The mission begins on Sunday, May 26th with travel days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and will conclude after dinner on Thursday night, May 30th. Transportation will be provided to the airport on Thursday night or back to Jerusalem for those staying in Israel. One Israel Fund recommends Chaikel Travel for booking your flights and travel insurance – 718-487-9280 / travel@chaikel.com. Terms and Conditions


Full payment is due with registration. If paying by any method other than personal check or credit card, please be in direct touch with Scott Feltman to receive correct information regarding Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), wire or stock transfers.

 Cancellation Policy and Terms

Tour Package Cancellations fee is 20% of total amount up to 4 weeks before scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 4 weeks of scheduled arrival in Israel, the full amount is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of One Israel Fund. If a trip participant leaves during the trip, regardless of cause or reason, the remainder of the trip is completely non-refundable.

VAT Tax Regulations

Please be aware that according to the new Israeli tax laws, being strictly enforced by all hotels, all guests holding Israeli citizenship, even those with dual citizenship / passports both for individual travelers or invited local guests, will be charged VAT tax. Therefore, please provide such information for quote finalization; otherwise, the charge shall be retroactive.

Passport and Visas

For US citizens, passports should be valid for a minimum of 6+ months from date of arrival back in the US. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.  If you are not a US citizen, please contact your local Israeli consulate for visa requirements.  Visas are not needed for US citizens.  A copy of each passport must accompany the application.


One Israel Fund does not provide travel insurance. We strongly suggest purchasing a policy with your travel agent when booking your airfare. If your travel insurance policy does not include a supplemental health insurance option, we strongly recommend this as well. If you need assistance purchasing either or both of these policies, please speak with Scott Feltman.


Changes can be made in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We hereby expressly waive any claim for accidents, injuries, delays or any other loss that any of our participants incur as a result of any service provided on your trip. In no event shall the liability of One Israel Fund exceed the amount actually paid.

One Israel Fund reserves the right to reject acceptance for the trip to any person at the sole discretion of One Israel Fund.
